From the first moment we presented Stratis to the world, we knew how important it would be to operate on a planned and verifiable schedule. Working according to schedule and budget is the key to survival in the corporate world!
With that in mind we would like to present the Stratis community with an updated version of our development roadmap. The revisions are based on our current status and the tasks we have accomplished or that remain to be accomplished.
Why do that? The dynamic of the development process has shown that in practice there were some areas we could advance faster, and in fact we did - going well into the 2017 tasks. Some of those tasks that we have completed include:Stratis Development Framework (SDF)SDF .NET Core Native Cross platform Support.SDF NuGet PackageStratis Bitcoin Full node Consensus layer and Initial Blockchain Download (IBD) stratis-future.Stratis Bitcoin Full node DBreeze integration for storing the blockchain.Stratis Bitcoin Full node .NET Core support.
At the same time this dynamic has also shown us that we need more time to solve some specific tasks in certain areas, or put together additional pieces that guarantee a better experience and results from our deliverables. Therefore, you will notice that some tasks we have been discussing lately like the "Stratis Cloud Beta" have been moved to later dates.
In the case of "Stratis Cloud Beta" while well advanced in development, it is felt that the proposed interface and overall user experience does not meet our high standards. Additionally, we would like more time to create sufficient documentation to ensure that user get the most out of the platform. Similarly, other tasks related to Stratis Academy will require some additional time to get started as we put together all the pieces of this ambitious project.

Stratis NuGet Package released
We have just released the Stratis NuGet package. This represents the integration of Stratis to Microsoft's Visual Studio, which offers a near complete rewrite of all the functionality in Bitcoin Core. This is a huge step to put our tools in the hands of C# / .net developers and it's available from this link: https://www.nuget.org/packages/nStratis/.
